Job Description:

For our Skopje office, we are seeking a passionate Junior Mechanical Designer (Drafter) to support our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in mechanical design, an eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. This role will involve working on creating precise technical drawings and layouts that will support our innovative ergonomic and mechanical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior engineers to create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Assist in designing and illustrating custom mechanical components, ergonomic tools, and systems.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain accurate documentation for all designs.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure a seamless transition from design to production.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your designs.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, or near completion of studies.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and design principles, including understanding moving parts like bearings and linear movement.
• Strong communication skills, with good command of English.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic engineering principles.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing precise, high-quality designs.
